Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days, except for supplies marked as backorder, which have a processing time of 4-5 business days; or for pre-orders, which then have the shipping date mentioned directly on the listing or as agreed between the buyer and the seller. Once an item is in the hands of the postal service Clay Repository is no longer responsible for it. All packages are sent with tracking number which is informed to the buyer via email along with the website link where the package can be tracked.
